Anaulie and Aysia are wearing dresses that are worn by girls and women in Thailand and Laos.  Anaulie said that her grandmother wears fancy dresses to dances, temple, and parties!

Welcome Back!

I hope everyone had a fun and relaxing Winter Break!! I can't believe the wonderful weather this winter has brought us so far.  We are already halfway through the 2011-12 school year, and only 9 more weeks until Daylight Savings! I added something new to our classroom Blog.  On the right hand side, you will see the word, "Symbaloo."  If you click on it, you will find a webmix that I have organized with all of our favorite classroom websites.  Have fun!!  I will also be teaching students how to use Kid Blog, so watch for more information on this.
